By accessing and using TikFlow ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TikFlow is a creator publishing tool that allows third-party creators to connect their own TikTok accounts and publish videos. The Service facilitates the connection between creators and TikTok's Content Posting API, enabling users to upload and publish content to their own TikTok accounts.

Important: This Service is designed for external creators to manage their own TikTok accounts. We do not provide team-managed accounts or internal uploader functionality. All publishing actions require explicit user confirmation.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Connect only your own TikTok account
• Ensure you have the right to publish any content you upload
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use the Service for automated or mass posting without explicit user action
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Maintain the security of your account

4. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us permission to transmit your content to TikTok's servers solely for the purpose of publishing to your TikTok account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and TikTok's content policies.

5. TikTok Integration

The Service integrates with TikTok's official APIs. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize us to:

• Access basic user information (user.info.basic) to display your account details
• Upload videos (video.upload) that you explicitly select and provide
• Publish videos (video.publish) only after your explicit confirmation via the "Export to TikTok" button

All publishing actions require your explicit user action. We do not perform automated or silent publishing.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TikTok's systems
• Use the Service for spam or mass posting without user confirmation
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account or deleting your account through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
